Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, notify us immediately at security@socialeyes.co.

You may not use SOCIALEYES to:

• Violate any law or third-party right.
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Circumvent platform terms or rate limits of connected social networks.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, schedule, publish, or generate via SOCIALEYES. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, transform (for example, converting an audio file into a video, resizing an image, or trimming a video to a platform's length limit), and display that content solely as needed to provide the Service. We do not claim rights in your content beyond this operational license.

Rights warranty. By uploading content you represent and warrant that you own it or hold all licenses, rights, consents, and permissions needed to upload it and to publish it to every social account you target — including all music, audio recordings, images, video, and text it contains. Uploading copyrighted material you do not have rights to (for example, commercial music in an audio or video post) is a violation of these Terms.

Transient hosting. We host uploaded media only as long as needed to deliver it: files are automatically deleted from our servers shortly after every post that uses them has been delivered or canceled. SOCIALEYES is a delivery tool, not a content library.

SOCIALEYES integrates with third-party social networks. Your use of each connected platform is governed by that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for actions, content, downtime, or changes on third-party platforms.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each billing period until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods except where required by law. All charges are processed by Stripe.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for SOCIALEYES, our users, or third parties. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither SOCIALEYES nor its suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

We respond to copyright infringement notices in accordance with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and India's Information Technology Act intermediary provisions. Our notice, counter-notice, and takedown procedure is described in our Copyright Policy. On receipt of a valid notice we remove or disable access to the identified material. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOCIALEYES and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you upload, schedule, or publish through the Service, including any claim that it infringes a third party's intellectual-property or other rights; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or of the terms of a connected third-party platform.
